By accessing or using Nexus Creative, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nexus Creative provides AI-powered tools for content creation ("Services"), including but not limited to Car Restoration Pro, Original Song Composer, and ASMR generation. Access to these tools may require a subscription or the purchase of "Gems."

3. User Accounts & Security

HWID Lock

Your account is bound to your specific hardware (HWID). Sharing accounts across multiple users or devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

Generated Content

Subject to applicable laws, you retain ownership of the content you generate using our platform. You grant us a license to host and display this content as needed to provide the Service.

Platform Rights

Nexus Creative, its code, design, and "Specialized Pipelines" are the exclusive property of Nexus Creative.

5. Payments and Refunds

Gems & Subscriptions

All purchases of Gems and Subscription plans are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

BYOK

The "Bring Your Own Key" plan allows you to use your own API keys. We are not responsible for costs incurred on your personal API accounts.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly forbidden content.
Attempt to bypass HWID security or reverse-engineer our API.
Resell access to your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Creative is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
